No problem, happy to help.Thank Eddie. I have researched it and it looks fairly straight forward but good to hear from someone who has first hand experience.

Hi. I am Michael. I have a 1999 Z3 Roadster 2.8 in Ice Blue. 105,000 on the clock.
Car currently on a Spanish plate but now in the Augsburg area of southern Germany.
Would be interested in any advice regarding replacement of rear Perspex window. Is it complicated, where to source on and so on.
Hi Michael welcome from another Nottingham Zedder . You'r brave Eddie Zedder fiiting your rear screen yourself i didn't have the bottle so i got a local chap that deals with rag tops and car interiors to fit mine today, cost me £60 but he also put in a few stitches where needed as it still has the original hood.Hi Michael, wecome. I have recently purchased a window on Ebay from ADM and fitted it yesterday. It took around 2.5hrs to do, most of which was cleaning the residue left behind from the sealing tape on the old. Make sure you line the ends of zips up correctly and take your time when closing it. I managed it on my own, but it would be quicker with two people. It wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be, hope this helps.
That's my nature, never afraid to have a go, they call me Mr Candu!Hi Michael welcome from another Nottingham Zedder . You'r dead right there Jim,i'l have a go at some things but with this having never done anything like it before i was happy to pay a pro rather than risk damaging the hood by doing it my self. You'll never know what you're capable of it you don't try it yourself has always been my motto! Research, review and rework! The personal safisfaction wins hands down over paying someone. JIM
Know what you mean JIM, used to do a bit 20 years ago, pads/discs etc just getting back into it is the issue.
