Theres a good chance the beam bushes are toast but they on on a lot of Z3s, they can make for a odd ride but its not the end of the world and most owners dont appreciate the difference until after they are changed. I would definitely change the shocks all round first as they are that old and get to the bushes as and when. Bet it makes the world of difference.
