I’ve photos on this and my diff oil change, remember? Just didn’t take any notes so can’t do a How To guide.Remove the arm from the car. Rip out the old rubber bush then using a hacksaw split the outer steel shell and remove that. Poly bushes come with fitting instructions.

Good to have both of those links as I want to give it a go with a stock bush. Jonco's as now I know how BMW do it and I won't be buying one of those tools! And Pingu's as hopefully I can make my own tool now and I have a 10 ton press so hopefully that will help.There is a very simple tool that costs around £1.
The downside is that you need to remove the casing cover.
