RBS 6 Nations 2016

Bloody Hell, STOP, I really wish the England team well this weekend, they deserve to be where they are (But just to shut HT up I hope the French team win:D) The other nations have not had a good tournament, but England have in my eyes not proved anything they have been more consistent than any other team and been fortunate in some of the games but I have seen nothing to suggest any domination by them in this tournament. If IF Wales had turned up in the first half it would have been a different result but they never so that's it.
Not sour grapes just a fact.
As for Ref Favouritism toward the England team I don't believe that is the case, Refs will take the game as a whole during play and if teams become continually undisciplined this will be taken into consideration for any further infringements which look harsh at the time, or may appear as a let off if the team has "behaved itself" What happened Saturday was a storm in a tea cup, and would have been forgotten by the players if it had been left alone. This is a rough tough game where tempers flair player get hurt and things are said and should be left on the field otherwise the game will be spoiled.

Absolutely spot on Jim. My thoughts exactly.

England to wear poppy for WW1 anniversary.
England will wear the poppy on Saturday to commemorate 100 years since one of the biggest battles of the Great War, the Battle of the Somme, where English and French soldiers fought alongside each other.

Hey @Aceman, just had a light bulb moment..! Is James Grayson your son?
No sorry my son is only 7 years old. :)
He does play rugby though albeit rugby league not union

All I can say is England have been fortunate in this tournament on the basis that:-
1. They warmed up against scotland, then Italy first
2. They then had a 2 week rest period before playing the two difficult fixtures of Ireland and Wales
3. They had Ireland and Wales at home
4. They managed to play Italy away in Rome in valentines day, to boost the travelling support
5. They drew the very last fixture of the Tournament, so if it was still up for grabs, they would have known exactly what was required of them tomorrow
6. Im not sure how Joe Marler wasnt suspended for two conclusive incidents when Wales Rob Evans was suspended for an inconclusive to incident.

Other than that, yeah they've done really well !

England ladies miss out on the grand slam and title by losing 17 - 12 to France. Let's hope our men folk can avoid similar disappointment.

Tony.

A little bit of needle in the second half of the Scotland, Ireland match

There has been some great games; not so great comments at times. Two good games today and here we are dinner done glass in my hand.....come on England.....

Sorry we are allowed to shout for our own team here are we even if we are English?

Just watched the England team, to a man, belting out the National Anthem, shame you don't see that from the National soccer team!

Oh, just waiting for someone to say that the English are on the receiving end of favouritism from the Welsh ref.....
