Had the Zed in garage today, gave them a brief of fix rattle, thought it was bush, diagnostic scan, lube up gas pedal and cables as pedal stiff as fook...

got the rattle fixed, drop link :)
said they did diagnostic and new MAF (told them that, dont think it was done)
Lubed pedal and cables, not 100% convinced :(

ordered a diag adaptor for the Wurth system my mate has, so hopefully it will be here saturday and see if the crap running is actually the MAF..

had it out tonight and felt like 3 cylinders lol,, warmed up and went better,,, so hope its an easy fix

If throttle is heavy you need to replace the cable if it has one. Most likely never been changed and it will be well worn.

Tony.

Will be a dealer part if it has one Ray. Talk to Sopers Lincoln. The lads there are very helpful.

Had an accelerator cable for both my zeds in the past and it does improve it massively but will get sticky again over time. Only around £18 from the dealer though.
The 2.0 I have in my garage has the same issue. I'm just about to change it. Is it a long job ?

No mate, not really. A bit fiddly working under the footwell to clip it in from what I remember and you need to undo it off the throttle body but it's pretty straight forward. No more than half hour tops I would say.

Sorry for the late reply, you may have already done it!
