I'm pretty damned sure the answer to this is Yes, but before I go buy a replacement...

Is this seal short? It comes up about 3 inches short of the little rubber nub which seems to be the male/female connection to create a seal. Same issue on the driver's side.

It's not short, there's a bit of trim missing

Nope the plastic bit that goes there is not that big (maybe an inch long), that rubber has been broken off

Hard to tell in the photo how wide a gap there is, but yes you’re missing the plastic covering clip and maybe the rubber has been torn.

On the plus side you’ve got a hard top fitting kit!

Thanks, everyone. I posted in the clip thread. I have a 1-3/4" gap on the pass. side and a 2-1/2" gap on the driver's side. Pretty sure I need a new seal/gasket as well as the clips.
