It'll drop it 15mm. Your just loosing a further 15mm.

Are you sure your shocks are OK, my 2.8 is lowered by 30mm and didn't bottom out once, the 2.0l that I had used to bottom out on a few points on my run to work, once I refreshed all the suspension it stoppedMine bottomed out a few times on the Lake run on standard suspension. Like the lowered look, but not (for me) practical on a daily use car.![]()

Exactly the same with mine. My shocks were knackered and I used to get sparks flying, new shocks and it's not bottomed out once. Are you sure your shocks are OK, my 2.8 is lowered by 30mm and didn't bottom out once, the 2.0l that I had used to bottom out on a few points on my run to work, once I refreshed all the suspension it stopped
No, not sure at all. Thought spring travel was ultimately limited by the spring rather than damper though. Appreciate if damper is weak it is likely "easier" for spring to allow overall travel. Believe I have original setup, so agree most likely would benefit from renewal; on the list!!Are you sure your shocks are OK,
The shocks will make all the difference if you are bottoming out at speedNo, not sure at all. Thought spring travel was ultimately limited by the spring rather than damper though.
