Pre wired

Guys.

Would anyone know if all models come pre wired for fog lights. Including back to the switches. Mine currently does not have front fogs but I’d like to fit as I’ve now secured a new switch and the lights. Never gave it a thought that maybe the wiring might not be there.

They should be there down near the horns.
If you expand the photo you can see them. They are the black ones each side at the bottom sitting on the undertray. The yellow one is blanked off as not used on my car. You should be able to see them through the opening in the bumper where the fog light goes.

The switch connector will be tied to the loom somewhere near to where the switch is located.

You will also need the relay if not already fitted.

PS.....you wont need to strip the car down to this level to find them


This is the only picture I can find showing all relays, (a 2000 version), but the foglight relay is position G.
(Mine it a 1998 1.9 and its in the same position)
You could check to see if there is one in that location.
