Yup, mine too. Has a small drain at the lowest point under the cap, just needs cleaning out mate.
Just used a watchmaker screw driver and a bit of hot water mate, cleared first time.Fiddle about with a screwdriver and a Blow down a Mc Donald's straw (sounds rude) but will give it a go.

I have the same problem. I've cleared out all the crap and used WD40 spray with the straw directly down the hose until it flows out the hose onto the road but it still retains water.
