Well looks like the tour went well, our group managed to stay on the route for at least 2 or 3 miles.=)) Still, we did bump into you at Longnor!!
I put it down to the use of Satnavs, they always seem to get me lost.:(

Our group never missed a turn Ken. We kept going up the road where you turned around and it ran fine. Not sure what happened with your group mate.

I am always worried when i do a route as when it comes to doing the run they are nearly always wrong somewhere along it. But today ours was spot on and never did 1 wrong turn unlike @MAURICE THE MARTIAN =))

Hi there
I got to the meeting point at 9.30am (Post code supplied) but didn't see any one except another new member.

We decided to go to eyam and stayed there after a tour around the tea room until 12 .15.

The only other z3 I saw was the other new member?

Did we miss something on the meeting point details?

We still had a brilliant day albeit cut short.

Regards

Tony

First time I've ever seen anyone bring a bottle of bubbles for the lunch stop eh @Andy Beard Lol!!!
I hope this hasn't set a precedent for future cruises - I can't afford it

Sorry we missed you. Did you do the Alfreton start point as this got altered 2 weeks ago and was posted up on here. Members should always keep an eye on the front page and the thread as all these sorts of things can change due to road closures not enough space and so on.

After organising this and getting so many members attend i can really see the merit in @Mac Romans idea of a lot of groups driving in all different directions through the Peaks. It would be good

We were lucky today with so many cars Dave i have been when @MAURICE THE MARTIAN tried to skittle pedestrians that were clinging onto the walls either side for dear life =)) Man that was f***ing funny

The only real issue i encountered was a cyclist in the middle of a single track road who gave me the finger for telling him to move over

Somehow we were at the original meeting point and not the updated meeting point.

Not to worry

That looks like the case but not to worry.

I am sure that there will be other times.

Kind regards

TonyB
