Well this weekend is to be spent pampering the Zed.
Started off yesterday Friday with fitting the Gap-Tech Roof Module and giving it a rinse, snow foam and another rinse before towelling it dry. I also used the Renovo Roof cleaner on the roof ready for re colouring.
Today Saturday, she went for a new rear tyre then when i got her back home i gave the wheels a thorough clean. I then recoloured the roof and sealed it also using the Renovo, Not a big fan off the finish.I then gave her a good rinse and wash with AG and then set to work giving her a good polish all over and did the outside windows again using AG. Then i set to work with cotton buds to do all the window and door rubbers and Ariel before giving her a final wipe down. Then finally i gave the tyres a coat of Wet and Black.

Very pleased with the way she is starting to look
Tomorrow Sunday. I am hoping to start on the seat recolouring

An absolute stunner mate! Looking at your roof I'm off to get some Renevo this weekend, is it a particular one you used?
 
Andy it was the 3 stage kit. Cleaner, colourant and sealer
 
I found a Renovo vid on youtube after i had done it. I dont think i was agressive enough on the cleaning stage
 
I think most people aren't aggressive enough on the cleaning process before applying the proofer Bill. I tended to wash mine at least 3 times with the Autoglym cleaner before proofing. Granted the hood on my Z3 was a bit faded, but the grime does tend to get well stuck to the fibres.
 
Looking good, doesn't matter about the finish on the roof as it should always be down and therefore not visible.
 
Car is looking fantastic that shine is great better than showroom well worth the effort.:thumbsup:

Thanks for all the kind comments. Spent the whole day on the body work but was well worth it in the end
