Shouldn't be using your phone whilst driving - and don't say you were using your camera, not your phone - your still getting 3 penalty points. Oh and 6 months.....without the Zed!

So, you have to get out of your car to use your phone? I was pulled up around 10 years ago and was advised to stop and turn off the engine, make my call then carry on with my journey. I was let off with a verbal warning and ask to produce my documents at my local Police Station.
