outside temperature sensor

Anyone know where this is supposed to be mounted please? I've looked in Bentley and RealOEM to no avail. Mine has just been lying loose behind the bumper since I've had the car and I feel I should fix it to something...

4 pots mount into bit just beside nearside fog lamp
As far as i know 6 cyl mount on drivers side

There is a little hole for it in top corner of the lower grille (airdam)driver side.
(Assuming you have an original grille in)
If you have the bumper off you’ll see it easier.

Thanks guys - yes found it. I've never noticed that little hole before!

.....and if the wires were 6" longer it would be easy to reconnect it.
