Wanted Outer sill

I’m sure I’m teaching granny to suck eggs but have a look at these images of one of my outer sills. What amazes me is the difference between the inner and outer surfaces. The outer surface appears to be reasonable – not perfect but OK. The the same area on the inside is dreadful! Without taking the sill off, you would never know of the ravishes of tin worm. If you are new to the Z3 I would suggest you strip off your outer sills and have a good look! My inner sill on the nearside will require welding but I’m told by MP Customs near Bude that I have caught the rust in good time. The outer sills should be sorted with the help from Fender2004 who can contact me via 01409 2 4 17 1 9.

I've just had a quote for non-wide arch ones from bmw £316 delivered for both sides pretty reasonable as ive seen 2nd hand ones with light rust for a £100 plus delivery each
