Our new map

Our new map has just arrived from Ordnance Survey.
We now have a map with our home in the middle of it instead of tucked away in a corner.
Photo does make Pistachio look a bit green though!

Simply go to the ordnance survey website and go to the custom made section. You then type in your location in the search function and go from there.
There are two versions available, one is the 1:50 000 scale Landranger (the one I have) and the other is Explorer 1:25 000 (more for outdoor activities). You then upload your photo and away you go! It will also give you a preview of the area covered.

Oh no , you have set off my OCD Dalek.
In my yoof I was into rallying and have driven and navigated on quite a few and I do love map reading.
My current hometown is on the border of 106 & 107 and a small part of the local area is on 113 and it has always annoyed the heck out of me.

We have to get 4 maps to get our whole area so I know exactly what you mean. This new one is so much easier to use when planning our ‘B’ road trips in the evenings.
