We watched this episode last night. I was taken with the octogenarian fitter turner, a master craftsman living above his workshop and he has done for 60 years.

Very interesting programme. What a country....
Loved the Japanese speedway. The programme wasn't strictly correct as Guy Martin isn't the first westerner to do it - 4 times world speedway champion Barry Briggs had a proper go in the 1970s. Mind you, I expect the programme researchers hadn't even been born in the 70s....
