I have not been very active lately due to other commitments (New Bathroom) (Work) and (Holiday Planning)
I have been busy planning our Euro Trip for 2020 (Big 60), i have now got everything in place for the trip i just have to wait for Google to let me plan the Routes.
Here is what we are planning on doing and hopefully going either July or August.

Day 1. (Saturday) Drive to Reims Visit Old Race Track. (Hotel Ibis)
Day 2. (Sunday) Drive through the Grand Ballon Visiting Geradmer & possibly visiting the Motor Museum at Mullhouse. (Hotel Espace Squash Mulhouse)
Day 3. ( Monday) Drive to Ulrichen, Driving the following Passes. Susten, Furka and Grimsel (Hotel Astoria Ulrichen)
Day 4. (Tuesday) Drive Out Grindlewald driving along the Grimsel Pass going along Lake Brienze (Hotel Astoria Ulrichen)
Day 5. (Wednesday) Drive Out Andermat Taking in the Nufenen Pass and St Gotthard Pass
and hopefully the Oberalp Pass & Lukmanierpass (Hotel Astoria Ulrichen)
Day 6. (Thursday) Drive to Morbegno Taking in The San Bernardino Pass and Splugan Pass (Hotel La Brace)
Day 7. (Friday) Drive Out Taking in Maloja Pass, Julierpass, Silvaplanna (Hotel La Brace)
Day 8. (Saturday) Drive to Livigno Taking in Bernina Pass, Albula Pass Fluela Pass
Day 9. (Sunday) Drive Out Stelvio Pass Ofen Pass
Day 10.(Monday) Drive Out Passo di Foscagno Passo di Gavia Visiting Tirano
Day 11.(Tuesday) Drive Out Little drive into Austria taking in Reschenpass
Day 12.(Wednesday) Drive to the Black Forest
Day 13.(Thursday) Drive around the the Black Forest visiting Lake Titisee
Day 14.(Friday) Drive Out I might see if i can visit the Mercedes Factory in the Black Forest
Day 15.(Saturday) Drive to St Omer (Hotel Ibis)
Day 16(Sunday) Drive Home
 
There are a few passes i have not done before so will be nice to add these to the List :thumbsup:
It will also be our first trip to the Alps with just me and Kim so it may well end up with only one of us coming back home =))

Probably around £600 Dave, should not be any more than we usually spend on fuel. I reckon it will all come in just under 2k for Fuel and Hotels

That's not bad for 16 days.

Nowt better than ticking the box mate. Looks great, and going on your own you can do things as and when you want.

We are also going to visit the Chateau where they did the shoots for the Series Merlin en route to Reims
 
Mmmm. St Omer, eh? Only been there once, think I was about 10 at the time, so it was the parents fault, they picked the hotel. Kept awake all night by people going up and down the stairs, doors slamming, and many other noises. Seems it was the sort of hotel where a chap might encounter a lady of (ahem) negotiable terms.:wideyed: Expect it's all changed by now.

Looks great, am jealous. Last year dud a Bangor rally, did france, belgium, Luxembourg, Germany (and the nurburg) then to Holland (amsterdam) left Friday after work and got back to work on Tuesday. Great trip and will be planning another one very soon, possibly in the ZED?..... hope you have a great trip
 
Looks great, we are doing the Grand Ballon setting off from Epinal, Grimsel and Furka again to Ulrichen staying inn the Astoria, then the St Bernardino Pass on the drive down to Florence, then Pisa then the Routes Des Alps on the way home, 2 weeks in June, cant wait.

Should still have plenty of Snow at the side of the road and makes the views even more spectacular

Hope so and the passes are open, they have had a lot of snow this year's we are chancing it a bit ;)
