Reversed the little gem out of a parking bay and forgot there was a concrete pillar on the right...wing dented, headlight cluster broken off, bumper pulled out of place and damaged, fog light broken off, looking at a few hundred quid in a garage obviously....or a little time and 30 quid for a new headlight bulb some epoxy resin and a can of spray.Had the filler already, just needs a clean and polish and almost as good as new.The bumper is a little out of alignment but I can live with that.

Great job mate. Similar to others, I’d still be beside myself crying if I’d done that!:arghh:

Nice looking repair.
Just one thing the slight misalignment of the bumper ......has the bracket under the wheel arch cover shifted??
When I put mine back together ( front and rear damage) I found that two of the bumper brackets had moved due to the nylon holding nuts being damaged. They just needed to be realigned after sliding the bumper back

I also realigned one recently for someone who lives locally.

This was at the rear and had the bracket pushed off the studs ( broke both nylon nuts)
The front has a different bracket but is a similar set up
If you need a couple of new nylon nuts, let me know as I have some.

Thanks @Mazza I was going to mention this too, as I did some panel alignement just today on the same part of the car. There is quite a bit of "play" on the bracket there, and it can be 'convinced' quite a bit. It's possible your accident has shifted the inner wheel arch (as it did on mine) but there was just JUST the amount of motion to re-secure it in an acceptable spot.
