Yeah I use it to support if doing something but it's off, physio starts on Thursday. It all moves ok but it's not pain free by any means but it's all good :thumbsup:
 
You bunch of miserable bloody gits! All you get are British moaning they get crap weather and want to move to god knows where because they want a better climate and your all moaning your to hot!!!
Hang on I'll have a word with him upstairs and see he can set a permanent 22°c for you all. Its been lovely to have some nice weather for a change.
Would we all prefer it to get back to the usual wet, windy and p****** it down for us to drive around are zeds in!

Pleased to here your on the mend mate. Hopefully be fully recovered soon and out in that zed I drove around Lincolnshire on Saturday afternoon :D. That was a joke by the way before you come round and hit me!! =))

I Don't mind it mate honestly. Yes it's been uncomfortable at night but that's worth the exchange for a nice hot sunny day. We get far to little of the good weather in this country. We should make the most of what little we get.
 
I think you will find that most gyms are air conditioned these days Mike, but what would I know - haven't seen the inside of one for at least 10 years :bag:
