One thing not to forget to pack...... And Orlando holiday

Certainly felt like twins Hugh =))

Tony.
Well Tony, just walked in the door. I left Orlando yesterday at 11:30 AM and pulled into my driveway at 5:20 AM. Almost 16 hours driving. The final total on the trip odometer was 2,222.1 miles. Now THAT is a cruise. I'm dead tired, but the car performed magnificently. I never got so uncomfortable that just changing my sitting didn't cure. Thank God for cruise control!!! I'll post some pics tomorrow and do the video of all the Brits driving my Zed. It's a funny thought. I go over there and everyone has Zeds except me. The Brits come over here and have no Zeds except for me. Glad to be home. It rained hard at times on the way home, and when you're driving at night on a super highway at high speeds, it can really wear on your nerves, especially hour after hour after hour. Just glad to be home safe and sound. It was great to see my friends again. Frankie

Don't know how I've missed this thread! Wow this forum never stops amazing me, seriously it's a fantastic result when people thousands of miles apart make such an effort to see each other! So pleased it all went to plan and you've all had a great time.

This happened yesterday afternoon late on, so that was it for lazing in the sun.

Luckily it had stopped as we went out for evening meal.

Outside the front door it was already dry, as usual over here.

This was after we got home from Bahama Breeze on Wednesday evening.

The next couple of hours flew by as Frankie told us about the famous people he's met while working at Ceasar's Palace.

@ FRANKIE, if I'd been able to get a passport in time I would have driven down with you to Fl. Had forgotten it had expired so I definetly need to get the paperwork done in case another opportunity should present itself even if it's to pay you a visit. JIM

WEEKS BEFORE I WENT ON THE TRIP I was asking "Who wants to go with me?" You could have jumped on a bus or plane to New York or Philly and I would have picked you up and we could have been on our merry way. You could have met some of the members from the UK and we could have had a great time. What were you doing then. When you say that you really wanted to go NOW, it just makes me think that you're handing me a load of BS. We could have had a nice time. And you would have done some serious Z driving. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Frankie

Was having a new roof put on the house @ FRANKIE and had a b^*+h of a time getting the flashings sealed around the skylight! Had water literally pouring into one of our downdraft units at 3am and with rain predicted nearly every night over the pAst month couldn't leave it for Joan to take care of. Sorry, no BS involved and would have loved to have met you, Tony, Shirl, Martin and of course Stacey. It may have been the only chance I will ever have to meet her face to face so believe me I WANTED TO COME ALONG! Life just gets complicated at times!! JIM
