Where was her father during all the time this was happening. Words fail me. What sort of MOT did it have last time?

Tony.

I would like to see that vehicles MOT history.

Many a true word etc.etc.

That looks like the mother in laws brakes. She drove round and said my brakes are making a funny noise. I took the wheel off and there was no pads left. When I said how long had it been making that noise she said "oh at least 4 months" But that pic is shocking!

The local garage that I use says that many people don’t do any serving until the MoT!

And if it passes many do nothing even then.

This happened where I work to a road sweeper the idiot drove it for months with warning bleeping for brakes and overheating. In the end the piston welded its self to the disc. Its rumoured to of cost over 20k to sort out the overheating and brakes. I got in the sweeper last week and it started bleeping telling me the water level was low. The driver claimed it had been doing it for six months and meant it hadn't reached operating temperature. He no longer drives a sweeper. I had to defect it and put it in for repair due to several over faults. Some causing it to leave a plume of doom behind it when sweeping.

A good job you’re switched on Andy, or it could’ve been another 20 grand.

I couldn't drive with the warning bleeping going off for more than a few minutes, they are made to be annoying. But you wouldn't believe the state some people allow work vehicles to get in before taking them to the workshop. I recently took a sweeper out and took it straight back to the base with 6 defects 🤣🤣 I took this picture of last year of the idiot who siezed the brakes up sweeping. Imagine breathing that lot in 🤢🤢

Jeeze! Hard to believe someone didn't report it tbh.
