No they don’t......I had to suck if out with a straw from the dipstick .........ok I had a vacuum bowl really...
the later ones had them I think. I know there was a retrofit sump unit with drain plug available but a vacuum bowl was a cheaper option at the time when I had mine.

But, seriously, WTF were they thinking when they designed this? Or was it done by a bunch of primary school kids with a bumper box of crayons? I like the idea, but the reality just doesn't make sense.
