Someone suggested I buy a couple of small Gras Carp for my pond as they're good at keeping green algae down. I'm told they eat 3 x their own weight each day. An Aquatic centre at Wheatley had some green ones at £6.95 each or some Albino ones at £7.10. I got a couple of Albino ones which have very strange bright red eyes.

Also in another much larger tank a huge Koi at least 1metre long, very friendly would suck on your fingers expecting food.

Yes all carp would go for you thinking its food. It’s quite a nice sensation actually lol! You could get some mirror carp and tench too for your pond
