..... but my heart ruled my head. A bonus of being restricted to doing sweet f.a. for the last year has done wonders for my bank balance so I found myself with money burning a hole in my pocket. After a week or two searching I found this beauty at a high end car dealer near Manchester Airport. Good service history, 17000 miles and a few spares thrown in as well. A quick test ride confirmed that it rides as good as it looks so the deal was done and now she's mine. It's only taken me 30 odd years of dreaming to get my all time favourite bike. 🎉🏍️😁

Wow, that's a beauty. Looks as if it's doing 150 when it's on the stand.

My stepson lives and works out in Qatar, and I think he has the same model and in red..
I might even get a go on it....if I go and stay next year.....( nothing to do with the world cup being there  )

What a beautiful Ducati 👍
Hope you enjoy your new toy 🌞

Stunning bike Tony, but be careful. Bikes are dangerous, no matter how good or sensible the rider is,many other road users are not and leathers don't offer much protection. I had bikes years ago, wouldn't now.

100% right Ken and I always ride as if everyone else is out to kill me. Strangely though I feel much more vulnerable on my pushbike than I do on a motorbike, I got cut up and almost knocked off my pushbike so many times that it sits unused in the garage now. Several local drivers got a royal verbal bashing when I caught up at traffic lights or stop signs and were very apologetic but I don't suppose I changed their poor driving skills.

Very nice indeed, too fast for me though. I'll just stick to my plodder
