Just checking a few things over today including putting some new clips onto the inner passenger door trim and eventually I got to the boot.

Looked under the boot panel and saw the attached bolted to the positive side of the battery
. Checked it out and yep it was live. It wasn't connected to anything so sort of floating around really just waiting to hit something metallic I expect. It has a 60 amp strip fuse inside the connector so any ideas what the hell this was for before it was terminated by presumably a pair or wire cutters
