Ok boys and girls DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME!

When I was at college in the early/mid 70's Oggies were work boots (usually external steel toe caps). I was on the Agricultural Engineering course at Brackenhurst near Southwell Notts. we were known as Engo's and wore Ovvies (overalls) and Oggies (Boots). There was one annoying T**T from near Rotherham who insisted on Clonking his toe caps on every step back up to our rooms. One day they were arc welded together ................................... while he was wearing them.:ymdevil:

I was just reading an article on Carrs pasties written by that overpaid t*at Chris Evans in the awful, depressing Daily mail online....they do sound tasty, I'd like to try a foulmouth Oggy too.
