Just got back to Brittany today from our excursion to the Vendee region to visit 'Puy Du Fou'
which was absolutely bloody fantastic ! Well worth a visit if ever you are any where near the place.
There,s so much to take in,there's no way i could convey just how good it is,you'd just have to see it.
Here's a few pics which still don't do it justice.

Great shots mate! Looks good  How's the Zed holding out on the grand tour?
The zed's doing us proud thanks mate, all it had was an oil and filter change before we left home.
We've done about 800 miles including the drag to Plymouth for the ferry and i'm really pleased with it,the cruise control helps on motorways i can stretch my legs and chill.
It's been good fun on the twisty bits as well :ymdevil:

Good stuff mate

Well it's our last day in sunny Brittany today :(
Washed the zed this morning in the sunshine ready for the jaunt home tomorrow, nearly passed out it was so hot !,bloody cold at night though
Realy enjoyed the 10 or so days we've been here, the highlight being the Pay Du Fou theme park :D as i said previously it's well worth a visit,30 euro's each and it's a full day of excellent entertainment.
Enjoyed the lovely smooth tarmac on these quiet rural roads with the roof down all the time (apart from the drive to Plymouth at 2a.m).
See you at t-tony's meet on Sunday for those who are going :D

Safe trip home guys.

How much have you spent on fuel for the trip Steven? I really want to plan a euro trip, maybe just round France for the first time but nonetheless want to have a drive on the continent.

@Connor me and Mrs Mac recently did just over 500 miles in our 2.8 with a full boot, the roof down and weren't hanging about. The lowest we got was 26.6 mpg going up to 30. something. You should return decent mpg once she's had a good blast if she hasn't for a while.

Happy you've had a good time to recharge the batteries Steve. I'm hoping for nice weather at the weekend but looking, sadly, as though it may not last till Sunday. A safe run home and see you at the weekend.:)

Tony.

A Z3 cruise in France sounds just the ticket
