Wow. Thanks to everyone for that. There are some excellent pictures and to have mine favourite is something special.

I do though think that location was a major factor!

Thanks for that, those are kind words.

All these things though are different peoples perspectives on whats a great pic, and thats why it's a nice competition.

I'm still learning and have a long way to go. When you take the pictures, often you think they're good, but when you get home they're not. Shadows, perspectives, weather, sun all sorts of things make them poor or good. I actually think you learn more from the bad ones in a funny kind of way.

Truth is the location was stunning and the weather was perfect on that day, and that makes all the difference. Right place, right time.
