Not a Zed at all but I'd thought I share on here anyway. Some of you have seen this over on FB

I attended Carfest North last weekend with my wife and boys, we entered in to a competition to build a float for the main car-nival and we were accepted. Oh s***, what to build....

A busy few days in and out of the shed and hey presto.

No laughing now........

Even managed to get a guest driver :)

Haha fantastic!! Best you've got plasters on your souls of your feet, love it. how did you make the wheels? So funny. :D

Guess it's Fred H from now on then mate =))=))=)) Great work ,love it.

Tony.

The wheels were made from ply and hardboard, the end caps being ply with straps in between them and the main carcass being hardboard. The hardboard was soaked with water for 20mins or so and then formed in to the shape required before it dried.

The chassis is a golf buggy, it drives as well.

You are going to have to get that thing at a Z meet, bloody hilarious....

I agree Mike, and I reckon if Fred sets off tomorrow he might get to Shepshed by Aug. 20th.=))=))

Tony.

Great effort Brian, good man. Ed looked happy to be in the driving seat too:thumbsup:
