Ouch, I would also like to know how he lost the back end at 'low speed'?
Its a shame about the car but the garden wall, as it now is, fits in quite well with the rest of the surroundings.

By the way Mark, are you the chap called 'wash mitt' on that forum?
If so, brilliant, Bad Boy Wash Mitt................... :))

:ymdevil:

Yes I'm the lowly wash mitt.

I can't understand how he lost it.

Must has put too much power down?

I feel for the person who's garden it was!

Also it's quite embarrassing to smash a car up when nobody else is involved. :(

Same engine and drivetrain as my S-Type R, the problem is with the auto box the engine is always reving right in the middle of the torque band and 400 lbft takes a bit of taming on these cars. He mentions having problems with the traction/stability control which you really have to rely on in slippery conditions so I don't think it would have taken much to step the back end out with no driver aids.

It doesn't take much to swing the back out on the m either.

You have to be so careful.

I have only lost the back end once in 12 years :nearmiss)
As they say it depends how heavy your right foot is
I must admit it was scary, once was enough :steer1)
