Apple and blackberry, anyone? Not strictly cheesecake anymore, creme fraiche and vanilla yoghurt seem to have taken over from cottage cheese and cream, and may well taste even better. But there again, I would say that, wouldn't I? Yep, I would.

Gotta do something with all these blackberries sitting in the hedges, hate seeing things going to waste. I've got plenty of fields to wander through where my fat little horse lives, brambles are natures' barbed wire.
