Nodzed is going Camping......in France

We woke to airbeds almost floating in water:( The next night we spent in sleeping bags, wedged into Corbeau bucket seats in my Mini.

You see Tony your experience is living proof why hotels are the best solution to camping or glamping.

The things I do for that women =))

Pretty sure I'm not the only ex-forces type on here rolling their eyes and sniggering at the softies. We used to live in a hole in the ground etc.
LOL, I spent 40 straight wet days in a monsoon season 100 yards up a beach from the South China Sea, with gale force winds that occasionally blew my helicopter over on its side. We had a tent, in what can only be described as a mudbog, that blew off into a rice paddy somewhere every night. My gunner and I stayed wet the whole 40 days. We took every opportunity to call the pilots pansies (actually, a bit harsher name which also starts with a "p") for sleeping in a sandbagged bunker...on cots... :D
