I guess he has a job to do and as a loss adjuster some bonus to earn, these people made my life hell after my garage was robbed. Best of luck mate and dig your heels in.

What an insult to add to your injury of losing such a wonderful car. Can't understand why they're low balling you when they're going to go after the other insurance co's involved! As Tony says dig in it will be a rough ride but you're the innocent party in all this, good luck!! JIM
 
Well, received a phone call today offering me what I wanted - full market value at what they are selling for. So a good result :)

They wouldn't budge any more - I asked, saying about re spraying a car if I found it ( I wouldn't now as looking at alternatives ;) )

Just need to get the dosh in the bank now.
 
Great news Toby,just go's to show if you stand your ground with insurance companies you can get a good outcome :thumbsup:.

Cheers Tony, merry Christmas to you both too. Replacement will probably something similar, certainly wont be a merc ;) as they don't do corners very well :D
