I saw it in another Z3 site. No idea where it is based. Oh, and Pistachio is still the best Z3 colour!
 
It seems to have a camouflage identity between concealment and the dazzle/confusion scheme shown in Andy's photo.

I love seeing ships in dazzle livery. Very clever idea. Not sure how effective it really was in practice.
