If your going for looks, then I would go the coilover route, you can fine tune it then

Hi Stevie, yes it does appear to have a better feel this forum. Thanks for the welcome.

You're more than likely to see me in the Z in your neck of the woods in Kirkintilloch at the weekend. My son plays football at Kirky High and trains in the Briggs, otherwise when in town I'm mostly in the Merc.

No he doesn't. He goes to the school of driving me bonkers right here in my living room most Sundays.

Welcome, really like the look of this car. The alloys are the same style as those from an E46 M3, I had a set of 18" previously on my E36. With regards to 18"s and the Eibach springs I had exactly the same set up with no issues at all so it will be fine if you go down this route. I have also recently fitted coilovers to my zed but I am not happy with the rears so may have to put the Eibach springs on the back again unless they settle further and it makes any difference with the adjusters removed.

Thanks g8jka,

Yes i'd be happy with springs alone at the moment and leave it at 17's for now I think. They're in good condition so lets see.

Yes the roof colour in the Z is one of two reasons I went for the car. The other being the quad exhaust.

I've seen another on the other other forum which I think is either a Hillman Husky or a Commercial Cob. I haven't got around to asking yet though.

Tony.

Must've been the last ones before the Hunter was launched ?

Tony.
There was a series 7 I'm sure but my Dad had one of the Series VI's so no other model fitted the bill for me, good or bad.

It drives just a little bit differently from the Z3 [emoji3]

I had a cheese cob for Lunch Tony, what's a commercial cob got in it?
