Everyone has said how much of a difference it makes especially to the older models with the dark lights. £250 from ebay. Great quality from ebay. They're halos too so I've wired them up to the side lights.

the dark wheels contrast well with the silver, mine are getting a bit tatty from high curbs and bad parking by me doh!
your z3 looks good, I like the red leather, I got black in mine, there great and fun cars to own, and this forum adds to that, enjoy your z3

before I had my wheels painted properly, I gave them a spray with aerosols, just to see how they looked, went with a graphite grey ford colour in the end, my stepson works at a paintshop, so he did the refurb, I got new tyres and had a new hood at the same time, my car looked its best then since ive owned it, 15,000miles ago.

I'm picking the car up in an hour. I've gone dark grey with a metal flake, hoping it looks good I was a bit nervous deciding ha. I'll get some pictures up this afternoon. After this I'll be well away from any curbs I'll tell you that haha

a very smart looking z3, I like these wheels, they look good in black, nice contrast with the silver, I am biased :)

We can be biased ;)
I love it too. I was planning on just using the hard top or no top, but with the black wheels the soft top comes into its own! looks great!
What do you make of the orange side indicators and the front side lights.
A lot of people think the orange looks bad but I don't know, I don't want everything to be silver and black, a bit of colour breaks things up here and there.
Obviously the side lights are clear anyway but with the old 'yellow' bulbs, so may just replaced these with LED's?

ive got clear lights, and side indicators, but can understand your thoughts on the amber ones, I changed from clear to amber on my motorbike for that same thought. I don't have an hardtop, I did plan on having one, tho decided not to because even in winter there are some good days for open top driving.
