Recently acquired a very nice 1998 Z3 1.9 Roadster. Great little car, and I am enjoying evenings with the top down. I am glad to find that there are still so many information resources available. Looking forward to exploring the Forum.

Hi Geoff - I saw your post; they do look like twins. Like a 20 year old time capsule. I am located in Wichita, Kansas USA, right in the middle of America. Two of my buddies have 6 cyl. Z3's, but you don't see very many 4 cyl. ones around here.

G'day Charlie and welcome from Queensland. 1.9's are nice little donks and so economical to run. Mine is a '97. The pelican parts website is good for info on the fixing of things mechanical. There are very helpful folks here too, especially in UK.

I had a 1.9 for several years and loved it. Great car. Was in the UK to visit some of the boys and girls in the forum and was impressed with their 3.2///Ms and came back to Jersey and looked on the internet for 6 months for an ///M and bought one..........Frankie
