New Year.

Well as we watched the New Year firework display on the TV from London I had to say to Shirl that a guy called Fawkes only wanted to do the same thing all those years ago and he was called a criminal.

This last year has seen us lose some very good friends and the last one was Stevve from 3 houses up late Sunday from heart attack. @pgunter met Steve at ours last February briefly. He was a true diamond of a man, we will miss him lots.
Shirl's childhood friend Barbara lost her husband, Jan, earlier in the year too. Jan was a Swede and a true Gentleman.
I hope the grim reaper has a year off at least, we've lost more than enough friends lately.

Anyway, here's to 2020, the year of hindsight so they say. Health, wealth and happinesss to all out there in Zed land. Till the next time ...........
