New year resolutions, anyone made any yet ?.

I did, I made a promise to myself to stay off the internet. Lets see how that goes.. .

And a few others that are totally unrealistic. I might report back,

I'm continuing my resolution from 5 years ago to not make them! Saves all the aggro of feeling guilty for not achieving them.

On a separate note, the next 4 weeks at the Gym will be a nightmare because of all the resolutions people make to get fit/lose weight, Usually calms down mid Feb as everyone starts giving up

My friends daughter ( she was about 24 at the time ) gave up chocolate for a year
And she did do it
I wouldn’t even be able to do a day

Quit smoking? I found it quite easy, really, you just have to want to. Having said which, it's either 4 or 5 years since I stopped and the craving is still there. Luckily there's a shop across the road from my house that sells fags and I live on my own so no-one to nag me, and I haven't given in to the feeling that no-one would know if I did have a relapse. Just gotta be strong And have you seen the price of them these days? 'kin hell, I'm saving a very small fortune.
