Top wheels pal, but I have also read what Tony said, IMO they are the best looking wheels for a Z

@petecossie I think @Dino D bought some replicas a while back for his 2,8.

@t-tony this is true. But as the 1,9s have the shorter rear arms I'm hoping that if i get widebody panels from a 2,8 the deep dish wheels will fit.

There is a scrapper 1.9 narrow body for sale right now on eBay with wide body rear wings and M deep dish wheels. They look to be a good fit. Unfortunately the wheels are not included in the sale.

Yep I have a set of replicas and they are 7,5j all around (fronts).
They are made in Italy and even rarer than the originals it seems! They do not have the indent for the M badge (which for me spoils it anyway, who needs M badges or any badges eh ;) )

They also did this replica wheel in 18 inch (but not deeeep dish like the original). They look great in 18 and I’ve only seen one car with them which is @Topperz
I did manage to get my hands on 2 x 18in versions so will be doing the double stagger look one day (they 8,5j I think)

Although I have to say I like how it handles on the 4 x 7.5j all around. Very balanced and no understeer.

@Faheem they will fit with the wideboybwings, your car will look great once done. Good job on finding a decent price set!

I think the colour and the angle of the pics make them look different - they very hard wheels to photograph as they are so ‘3D’ in shape.

Cheers @Dino D that's the answer I was hoping for.

All the tyres will need replacing unfortunately as the ones in the front are worn on the inner edges and the rears have been stretched to the max and were sealed with tyre glue!! :eek:

A rare find mine are 18x8 ..I’ve put 10mm spacers on the rear just to fill the back out a bit more

One of the lads on Z3MC Forum came up with this link below. If lottery win came up I'd want a set of them for sure. Not cheap replicas, but a fully engineered product, interesting read on the development involved.

Starts with a build (non-refundable) deposit of $500 and then I suppose the sky is the limit depending on build spec.
