I prefer 'all-round' tyres too.
I used to have a real problem getting decent ones for my old car.
Seriously though - Once the run-flats I currently have on are worn out I'll get Continentals fitted on mine too. I agree they're about the best. I need to improve the ride and hopefully avoid the dreaded cracked alloys which I'm sure are contributed to in a big way by run-flats not giving enough.

Just tell her they're an old set you've had for years, just decided to clean them up to sell but they came up looking new so you'll put them on the car because they'll look better than what's on now!!
