Hi from South Wales

As to a Service Manual take a look on ebay here for Z3 https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_nkw=bmw+z3+service+manual&_sacat=0
Here for Z4 https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_nkw=bmw+z4+service+manual&_sacat=0

The online access to BMW TIS Technical Information System which was free access changed to pay to view a couple of years ago, a really crap move by BMW, so much for the right to repair.
For parts info take a look at Realoem site that you can enter last seven of your Vin number and see what your car left the factory like, good diagrams and lists part numbers. https://www.realoem.com/bmw/en/select

Colby, im looking for "owners handbook" that comes in most new cars glovebox. Guess BMW doesn't have one.......the 48 page "supplemental manual" is closest I've come to it.

Yes they do and they did. Its just simply some people keep them. That's what happened to me.

I bought one from the local BMW dealer, as I said further up this thread. Not cheap though.

My car is a 2011 E89 Z4. The handbook cost around £60.00, so not cheap I don.t know whether you can still buy earlier books.

You can download the manual for the E89 ( I have it on my PC), so no reason why there shouldn't be one for the E85 somewhere.

Google is your friend here! ;)

Pond, I'm looking for the handbook, I've already downloaded the manual.
I think there may a communication problem here somewhere.

Are you looking for the 'owner's manual', ie the book that came with the car that tells you where all the controls are and not to drink the contents of the battery, or a 'service manual', ie a technical manual that tells you how to fix stuff (and to not drink the contents of the battery)?

If you are looking for an 'owner's manual' in paper form then:
Probably someone selling it on eBay US aswell!

If you are looking to download an 'owner's manual' in digital format then:

Took all of about 30 seconds to find the above two!

I've found the manual. My thinking is there is a users handbook (glovebox) that is about 1/2 the size, thickness of the manual..I found one for the 2006 Z4 M that's 48 pages....a shortened version of the entire 120 page manual. It's 6-1/2" by 8-1/2 inches. My thinking of a 'handbook for the Z4 M then we why not for the. Z4 2.5i?

So you have sourced the "Workshop" manual and you still need the "Owner's/Drivers/|Operators handbook then?
