Hi from Hampshire (although I grew up just south of Mansfield). I got given my black 2.2 for my 40th also (from my wife). I used to own a similar car 04-07 and have always regretted selling. I was dumbfounded when I was given it, I hope your wife was equally happy.
She definitely was, i didn't surprise her til about 4 in the afternoon. Gave her a couple of presents in the morning including a weekend away in york 4 the weekend after her birthday so she was already happy and was never expecting the z3 in a million years.
