Hello everyone.

Some will already know the car and me because of my issues with the security causing the no start issues. Thanks to everyone helping sort that out.

Since then the car has been running great. It needs some little bits and I have done some. New wheels and tyers were installed this weekend. Winter will limit use but I have it for years to come.

The rears are 265/35/18's and I was concerned they would rub a bit. When I fitted them I removed the rear spring and pushed the suspension up until it was on the bump stop. The tyre just touched the plastic liner but fit perfect. There are mm's to the arch lip so it couldn't be better. I was thinking about correcting the camber but think it will have to stay as it is.

You wouldn't want to try squeezing a 19" in there .

Thats gonna rub when cornering
Had it out today and it didn't rub at all even when drifting around roundabouts with the traction control off.

And those pictures were with it sitting hard on the bump stops. Don't think I will ever corner or be down that far on the suspension that I have to worry.

If you look at the pictures of it sitting outside that is normal ride height and there is plenty of clearance between the arches.

With the springs removed it allowed me to push the suspension all the way up so it was maxed out with as little clearance as it would ever have. I had the right rear pushed hard onto the bump stop compressed as much as possible and the tyre just started to rub the plastic liner. Could turn it easily by hand and it just made a little noise. As soon as the suspension came down at all it didn't touch.
