So here's the collection of M badges. The one on the back you can see from the photos above. Here's what else is on it:

On the grill:

On the ashtray:

On the wheel:

On the switch insert:

On the roof near the mirror:

Those all look pretty aged to me - same condition as the rest of the car. They don't look retrofitted to me - looks like part of the original car. If I do a search for "Z3 1.9i M" though, I can't see anything that matches.

Odd.

Well then - mystery solved. Must have been done a while back since they're aged a bit, but yep - they look similar. Damn, and I thought I'd got hold of the only 1.9i M in the world. Honest. No really, I did...

Cars still a beauty with or without extra badging. Its all taste at the end of the day. Easy to come off with a hairdryer or fishing line

If you don't take them off Z3 people will laugh at you, even if inwardly!;)

Hi @mccalli , Did you fit the USB converter in the Cigarette lighter?
If so, where can I get one from? I would like to get one that is a flush fit.

Looks like the one that just plugs in available at most petrol stations

Hi & Welcome. I have an M, but I still get it in the neck from the M Police for a few non OEM M badge placements, so if you like the badges leave them where they are I say,
Your car your rules
