Hi all from Edinburgh. I joined the site on the recommendation of my good friend. Having finally reached the point in life where I want a car for me not something to commute to work in everyday but something I can have a bit fun with. I am looking for a Z3 2.8 or 3.0 1999 on Hopefully a good one but I do want to work on it and make it better, it will be a second car so I can keep the mileage down and lock it away for the winter. I have enjoyed reading all the info so far and no doubt I will be bending a few ears in the future.

Hello and welcome theres a nice 2.8 for sale on here but it may be too old for what your wanting as its a prefacelift but i very tidy car with low mileage.
Good look with the hunt theres plenty about at the moment its just finding the right one

Hi from Canada!! Great intro except for the keeping the milage down comment! You can't enjoy the car if it's sitting in a garage so get out and drive the wheels right off that car and then put new one's on and repeat!! lol. JIM
