New speeding rules.

One of our outside tyre fitters got done for 47 in a 40 recently on the A15 I understand. Don't know (yet) what the fine will be but 6 points. He got done last year and went on the course so no option of that this time even if they're still doing them.

Interesting article Tony, let's go back to the pre 67 era, limits were simple then, streetlights 30 MPH, no streetlights no limit. Nowadays, they change every few yards. (I passed my test in 1962)

It gets very complicated Mike, I was amazed by all the info I learned (and have now probably forgotten) last year at night school.

Fine will be the same as it always was if he gets sent a NIP. The fine will only get silly IF it goes to court. Points should be 3 as per usual.

Still unlucky, but a little high speed tbh in that restricted area. I tend to try and obey all limits, unless its national in the country , then I may just get a little spirited at times

I agree Toby, not too sure where he got done but was a drop to 40 in the middle of a 50. I'll find out soon enough.
