hi ,i used car trimming company in romford (brentwood rd) they did a fab job on my z
Not in Essex but a lot of uis have had a new one fitted by the chap in Swansea Jack ??good job and wasa very good price
If you can get to Croydon lots of people on here have used these guys
I've just booked in with Soft-Tops in Croydon - he's booking 1 week out at the moment, having it done next Fri so can provide some pics etc after. £595 supply/fit in black or blue, not sure if he has other colours
I think Jack Smiths price was still about £350 I travelled up from Somerset and well worh the drive IMO
I read somewhere that Jack Smiths was booking from June onwards.....i managed to snap my back window in half putting the roof down when it was frozen, and as it lives outside I need it sorting urgently! I'm 15 mins from Soft-tops as well so just going with it

Must remember not to put the top down in the very cold weather
Yes lesson learnt on that one!! Might fit a hair dryer outside to warm it first...

I’ve got into the habit of driving around with the heater on full blast for a while to warm the hood and window up before dropping it when it’s cold.
It's a 2001 in silver, done about 56k miles. Next stop after the roof is getting the sills fixed as both sides starting to bubble....hoping it stops there and does extend to more damage underneath - it was all a bit damp when i bought it on the passenger side, blocked drain from the roof i think which i've had fixed, just need to get these other bits done before i can start buying more fun parts!

Had mine which is a 2002 about 4/5 years now 92kmiles, Titan silver, in the first year got a new roof as old one was a bit tatty round the window and put new outer sills on as ones on iot had just started to bubble a bit at the foron, they were not to bad and a member on here has put them on his car after repairs, also bumpers off for re lacquire and had a few shopping troly dents taken out of rear wing. All original except spacers on back wheels and good condition all round

I drop mine after a few miles with the heater on full chat if I know I don't need to put it up again before I get home. I "borrow" my daughters hair dryer to give it a good blast before raising again. Job done ✔
Just got her back from Soft-Tops in Croydon and he's done a great job, very happy. £595, took 4-5 hours. Black or Blue in stock, other colours to order.
The back window is now sewn in rather than zipped - can be replaced (he'll do it for £250 i think he said)
