After 4 weeks new roof still very tight. Not sure about gap between roof and front windscreen.
Can anyone help me with a picture of their Z3's roof showing the gap or not between roof and windscreen?
Thanks in advance

Hello mate, sorry but this is the best pic I have at the mo but my roof butts up tight to the windscreen frame. No gap whatsoever (no leaks).

@Paul Rice I suspect you know this, but the locking hooks are adjustable if you need to have the roof pull in a bit tighter, just release the grub screw (if its not seized) and adjust as required.

Thanks Nodzed for the pics confirms what i thought. Have adjusted the locking hooks but if i have them any tighter the hooks will not go into the locater bars. The roof seems to be water tight but obviously not right, will give it a couple more weeks hopefully the warmer weather will help the canvas give a bit, if not back to Stockport. He is aware of my concerns and if it comes to it will re build the roof. It does seem as though i only need about 5mm.

Mine was so tight that I had to put a weight on the front bow frame for a week just to get it close enough to the windshield to latch it closed. Give it a bit more time to settle in..............Frankie
