How many more times will the weather forecast change?
Let me know the next time they get it right!!!!
Looking forward to it now whatever the weather:thumbsup:

If it does rain then that should mean less cyclists and walkers on the tight roads around the tunnel :thumbsup:

And it's an ideal opportunity to carry out a prolonged test on your wipers :)

rainex lets you drive without wipers. Did a 600 mi trip in my brother's 58 Mercedes street rod without wipers in a rainstorm most of the way. Worked great and we could see better than the cars with wipers! As @Andy McDonnell says drive fast or faster!! JIM

Err, OK......

"Need to remove rain x asap

I made the mistake of putting rain x on my brand new windshield replacement for my 99 audi.

It looks like ****, ther
e are streaks everywhere and trying to clean it with armor all.

I really need something to remove this stuff, at night when driving it looks like absolute **** when any type of light is shinning my direction but I would prefer not to wait for shipping for any special products.. and most stores around here don't carry much stuff besides armor all products or basic spray products from meguiars/mothers.

I plan to wash the car tomorrow but I know that won't remove much of the stuff. any options"?

Certainly never ran into any of those types of problems @HT but then again we don't know what contaminants in the atmosphere in his area are and could be responsible for his problems. I was only relating to my own experience with Rainex which is used by most street rodders around these parts of Canada. Thanks for the info though, people can now decide if they want to use the product or not! JIM

Well Buxton does have it's own climate. Hope everyone is still up for tomorrow, would suggest a brolley and decent footwear that you are also comfortable to drive in. Fill up your tanks!!

Hopefully at that time on a Sunday morning you'll have a clear run. Drive safe and see you in the morning .I'll stick the kettle on but you may like to bring your favourite tea/coffee!
